Your dealing with a bully. She is obviously targeting you because she's insecure with herself and she chose you as an easy target. Anyway, I have had troubles with people like that in the past, and I tried multiple ways, but the best way was going to the principle and telling them about your situation. How to feel the strings on my Paragard IUD?

I got my paragard iud inserted about a month ago and I can still feel the strings, however, I cannot tell if they are the same length as when I first got it inserted. Many spelling and grammatical errors, and it's a bit cheesy, but i think it has potential. Have you ever heard the phrase, "show, don't tell?" it means that you should show your reader what is happening, rather than telling them straight out. for example, instead of saying the sun is shining, you could say warm beams of light hit beat down on my skin. i think that if you would show your reader more things in this story it would be dramatically improved.

I think you're making a mistake. Classical guitars are used primarily for playing classical music. If you're not interested in playing classical music there's no reason for you to get a classical guitar. Most fingerstyle players use a steel string flattop acoustic guitar although they tend to use an OM style with a slightly wider nut to allow better access to the strings. Those guitars also have the benefit of being more comfortable and having a more balanced tonal range.

Hi. I usually get really sore breasts right around the time I ovulate, but this month, no sore breasts. So I figured maybe I didn't ovulate this month or something. But yesterday my nipples, not my breasts, just my nipples became very sore. I am supposed to start my period either today or tomorrow. You could try Monistat or one of those medicines, but I don't know if they work or not. I had one a few months ago and it went away on its own after a week or 2. The hockey riots of 2011 in Greater Vancouver are not isolated; do not believe it. My son was running for his life in the middle of that, watching Molotov cocktails being thrown into a car park and people smashing into stores with baseball bats and looting. The local police were not prepared and video footage proves that. Bread and having grown up and worked in the city since the 70s, I know this city too well. Visitors to the Olympics were fooled by the so-called sweetness of Vancouver society. The reality is that there is a lawlessness plaguing Vancouver, Canada, developed and encouraged by Vancouver society on all levels, a great pretence that Greater Vancouver and the BC government have been covering up for generations. Those who showed shock that such things do not happen there are probably amongst the many who turn a blind eye to bullying, unruly youthful behaviour and the like. They are encouraging this in school yards and work places and they call it multiculturalism. My family and many others have fled BC and Greater Vancouver because it has become a nasty place to live and it is not isolated to one ethnic group, but is rampant across the board. Not only has the Vancouver nasty nature been revealled now, but the lack of security and defence of average good people was clear. The police were not prepared. All the signs of trouble were there years ago, long before the previous riots. Greater Vancouver has shamed Canada in front of the world, so now the world knows the truth. Riots and demonstrations there are not uncommon. If this type of aggression and nasty bully attitudes are allowed to continue to rot in Greater Vancouver, it will spread and this is a risk to Canadian security. It is obvious that Greater Vancouver is not able to control its young people or defend the innocent. My son could have been killed and he feared for his life! He tried to stop what was going on around him and there was nothing the poor police presence could have done. Next time, hold major events somewhere else because hockey is not the problem, events are not the issue, winning or losing are not the issue. The issue is that Greater Vancouver is totally out of control in society and the powers that be there are not capable of controlling it as they encourage bad behaviour in regular life.

Can you force bend wood?

well im building a guitar and the rosewood bridge isn't sitting flat on the soundboard and i need it to or else it wont have the strength to hold the strings. so my question is can i bend the bridge slightly like 1cm on each side to create a small curve by soaking it in water but instead of heating it clamping it to a peace of wood close to the desired angle. or would it crack. if not will i have to let it dry out for a longtime to make sure that it doesn't try and shrink once its been glued on the soundboard. well i hope someone can answer this but i doubt it.

I have liked this guy for three years faintly and strongly for the past five months and intensly for the past week and three days. A week and three days ago he asked me out. I said yes of course. well im building a guitar and the rosewood bridge isn't sitting flat on the soundboard and i need it to or else it wont have the strength to hold the strings. so my question is can i bend the bridge slightly like 1cm on each side to create a small curve by soaking it in water but instead of heating it clamping it to a peace of wood close to the desired angle. or would it crack. if not will i have to let it dry out for a longtime to make sure that it doesn't try and shrink once its been glued on the soundboard. well i hope someone can answer this but i doubt it.

All my vegetable plants' leaves seem to be steadily shrinking down to nothing. Whats going on?

I have several vegetable plants that I have in my garden. I have bean plants, okra, lemon gourd, bitter lemon and even papaya. All these plants we have grown well every year with great success. I live in Texas. They have all prospered despite the heat and I water them very well twice a day. I've seen leaves bigger than sombreros in the past. Now, for the first time it seems that these plants are shrinking. Their first leaves are all very large and healthy, but now it seems the leaves on the vines are shrinking gradually until the vine has no leaves at all. I have created a very strong structure with several strings that line it for support. The vines have plenty of support, plenty of sunlight, plenty of water, and I personally till the soil before I plant with various fertilizer and keep them well fertilized throughout their life spans. I am 69 years old and have grown plants since I was 8 in both India and America. I've never seen this problem before. We had some hail about 3 weeks ago but the leaves that could have been affected by it have already grown and are perfectly normal. Also, with the variety of my plants, I don't think it is a form of bug, but I am not discounting anything. Please respond. It hurts me to see my plants dying off like this. Some of my bitter lemons grew 2 feet long. I haven't even seen them that big in India. Now they stop growing at 4 inches. Please help.

My heart won't slow down?

I've been completely off antidepressants for about a month and even though I'm not doing very well off of them, I'm still functioning enough to go to work and do my sport which is riding horses, and blah blah. Each day is just the same, with no moving forward. But I refuse to take the medication again bc I'm angry and stubborn and don't want the chemicals. When I'm about to get my period, it's like c'mere let me strangle you. I take evening primrose, St. Johns Wart and 5-Htp but really, I just started the last two today. I'm thinking being off the antidepressants is making my heart race like this. I have a cardiologist appt on monday. I'm on beta blockers but they only have been stopping my heart from pounding but it still races. In all, I feel terrible. But I have been in therapy for 6 years and have skills to deal with this. I'm just trying to hold on, keep going, putting one foot in front of the other. I'm scared I'll keep feeling worse. I feel like I need anger management at work. Being at the mall full time is WAY overstimulating for me, who is laid-back, type B, and introverted. This is all very hard. It hurts a lot. It's hard to find a new job, I feel helpless. At times, I feel alien to the world. I look at people and it's like they aren't even the same species as me. Sometimes, when I'm in the crowded mall, there are freakin people everywhere and it feels like a plague. I've been a viola player for going on 4 years now, and i have taken an interest in the guitar and bass. Now my dad thinks that it would be easier for me to learn guitar first and then bass, but i think since a viola is similar to a bass and since i know 3 of the 4 strings already, i could learn bass fairly quickly. I'm worried that learning bass first will make it harder to learn guitar later on, but i would like to play both. If anyone could point me in the right direction for this, that would be great.

Why did my dog lose it when he smelled the soap from a brillo pad?

Was cleaning dirty buckets out on the back porch, removed a new Brillo pad out of the box to clean them out. My male dog went crazy. Acted as if we were intruders trying to get into the house. His hair stood up and he barked and growled as if we were trying to harm him. Would not come back onto the porch. This dog has never shown this type of behavior before. would not come to us when called, avoided the porch like the plague. My other 2 dogs both females were unphased by the smell. i have never heard of a dog becoming agitated by a smell. It was as if he was scared by the smell of the soap. Anyone have an idea?

Switched string gauge on my Hollow-Body and buzz sound is coming from upper neck?

Quality of music deteriorating?

I listen to a wide range of music from jazz to rap to good old rock n roll., I'm 23 and I definitely think that music is deteriorating simply because it has become more of a big bucks entertainment industry rather than about the art of making music. plus all this technology had changed the way music sounds. i prefer oldies stuff from the 80s or even the 70s. there are some good artists these days, but they are rare in my opinion.

What is this complication / injury / problem ????

my foot started to give me pain about a fortnight ago, i have broken my big toe years ago so i was a little concerened but when i went to A&E.....because im un-employed at the moment everyone treat me like the plague, waited nearly 4 hours for some foriegner to tell me its fine, then had the nerve to flick it and laugh........ anyway, the problem - >> the big toe is constantly facing upwards, not up up ^^^^ but like its being pulled back by the little cord thing or whatever it is along the top of the toe/foot, ( nerve/ bone ? )........ when i take iboprufen the full foot starts to ache whilst the swelling goes down but no swelling reduced around my ankle, the main area of pain is the centre of my foot from side to side like a straight line, when i move the big toe it moves the toe next to it, and there is big swollen veins all over my foot and one leads up my calf, with a little bulb in the middle of the vein at my ankle -> oO ? the arch of my foot is constantly irritating me and its swollen underneath........ my knee is sore, slightly swollen , and makes creaky noises -> Oo ?? My calf muscle is not as responsive, also my thigh feels a little tender and it was covered in a sore rash the other night....... is this some complication caused by high blood preassure when the foot is trying to heal ?? any advice on what to do ??? i dont think im diabetic or anything so it cant be something serious like DVT ?? i hope :/ .......

Could i have a post-wisdom teeth removal infection?

I vaguely recall reading a book as a young pre-teen that I really enjoyed. I cannot remember much about it. I recall it involved a kid moving to the country or into the hills or something. I think you should go for it. Classic guitar with steel strings?

I'm almost 13 and I want to start playing guitar. I was looking to get a steel string flat top acoustic, but I can't get one for now due to money issues. So I'm stuck with a classic guitar. My first question is, why does my classic guitar have steel strings? And my second question is can I play modern music on my classic guitar? Like indie rock,, R&B, ect ect? I previously worked for a well-known medical university in New York City, as an administrative assistant. It was a part-time position that only last five months, as I left the country for a Fulbright fellowship and quit - with over a month's a notice, and trained my replacement. Upon my return, and upon receipt of my Master's in Arts this June, I am currently applying to positions and using my previous supervisor as one of my references. While we did not have a stellar personal relationship, professionally, I was always on time, reliable, did my work and tried to not only meet but exceed expectations, and never called out. The previous girl in my position did not get along well with this supervisor, and even the HR department was privy to how difficult it was to get along with this particular supervisor (which is why it was so difficult to constantly fill the position). I've only been working after college for three years, but I've had shining references before this position, and I work hard to pay rent, tuition, etc. Recently, one of my prospective employers told me that they will be issuing me an offer letter after checking into my references. I emailed for follow up on said references, and got a response that said "Thank you for your interest, but we've decided to go with another candidate and made this decision yesterday." After asking this prospective employer about my references, she said they all got back to her - and I am personally under the impression that this particularly supervisor gave me a negative review, as all of my other references I still keep in close contact with. Plain and simple, what can I do to look into this matter further? I'm 25 years old and looking for "real" jobs now - I don't need this woman plaguing my track record of normally stellar performances. It was also a very good job and looks great on my resume, and I don't want to omit it. I know that it's a possibility that this company really did go with an internal candidate at the last moment, but I don't really believe that - what legitimate, well-reputed organization offers you a job, and then pulls out last minute, coincidentally just after checking your references? Any advice would be helpful - I am angry and frustrated, and I don't want this to be repeated with other potential positions.

What to do when you keep accidently end up liking men who like your bestfriend?

My best friend and I are really alike, and that can be good but it can also be bad when we end up liking the same guys. Why will my homelite trimmer not start?

I have a Homelite St-385 string trimmer, with a Walbro carburetor on it, 2 stroke engine, and no matter what I do, it will not even attempt to fire. I pull and pull and pull, and it wont fire. It had a good bright blue spark, just replaced spark plug. I replaced the diaphragm and gaskets on the carb, and cleaned it up. When I take out the plug after trying it several times, it's saturated with gas, and I don't know why. It's like it's trying to run extremely lean. The compression is a little low on it, 100psi, but it should still attempt to fire with that much compression. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You have too many strings! I think you must have bought a 12 string set. The package has a reference chart for which string is which. The low E is a 56, the A string is a 47, the D string is probably the 35, the G string is the wound 27, the B string is the plain 17 and the high E string is the plain 13. This is an awfully heavy set of strings. If you are not used to it than you might wish to go with a medium or medium light set.

I have to disagree. There are a lot of players who are already in the Hall of Fame that could be considered one-trick ponies. I also think Dennis Rodman was more of a one-trick pony than Chris Mullin, especially as his career progressed. Rodman dedicated himself to rebounding and only rebounding to the point that he would get a rebound and even if he was under the rim with a wide open layup, he would dribble the ball back out to the perimeter and give the ball to one of his teammates. He prided himself on rebounds and the game of basketball became a game of "how many rebounds can I get?" instead of playing basketball. Of course, this was more during the second half of his career. Chris Mullin was best known for his shooting, but he would always get you a few steals, a few assists and a few rebounds per game. I don't think he would have made All NBA teams if it wasn't for his all around game. It's not like he was a Steve Kerr type of player. In his last two years, he was more of a spot up shooter in limited action, but Mullin was a very good all around player for the bulk of his career. With that being said, I think they both deserved to be in the Hall of Fame even if they were mostly known for being exceptional at one aspect of the game. Not everyone can put up Oscar Robertson numbers. If that was the case, there wouldn't be many players in the Hall of Fame.
