How can I get rid of this from my fruit trees?

Over the past years, my fruit trees have been slowly getting infected with a certain plague or disease. The fruit gets these white stains (kinda like bird poop colored) and it makes the fruit taste bitter.Does anybody know how I can rid of this?Any chemicals I can apply?
