What would one pay for shaquille O'neals rookie basketball card?

Not a clue, but you could try goin to a pawn shop and what ever they offer for it, double it lol. Or just keep it and wait for its value to go up more. I would wait a bit see as how we dont even know if shaq is retired at, so his career might not be over and he could still somehow break some record or something if he desideds to stay.
