If Kobe needs Dwight Howard and Shaquille O'Neal to win a championship then what does that say about him?

Lakers fans criticized Lebron for playing alongside Bosh who is a star and Wade who is a superstar. Yet forget that Kobe was not even the best player in his first 3 rings and are now saying Kobe needs D. Howard and Gasol to win. So if anything the rings Lebron will acquire will mean something or Kobe rings will mean nothing.
