Need some advice from people who know how to fight !?

Ok i'm in trouble seriously a friend of mine who i thought was a friend instigated up this argument i had with monster of neighbor of mine. the reason i call him a monster is because he is like a white shaquille o neal but anyway. we got into an arguement because i saw one of the people who live in house messing around with my cable box and i confronted him about. after that we agreed not to bother each other property and i thought the matter was settled, but now i found out that so called friend of mine has been starting rumors about and has been instigating up a fight now there is one and i'm freaking out.i just want to know if there has to be a fight what move can a 5'10 guy use to try to survive this fight?
