How to keep my guitar in tune?

I have a schecter c1-classic and it never stays in tune! I'm hoping I'm doing something wrong. When I change strings I stretch them and what not, but no matter how much I stretch them they always fall out of tune. I've tried different strings, I play a lot, but I do not let my strings get older than 3-4 months. Help?
